State LTC 2026

LTC 2026 was an amazing and refreshing experience for me. It took me far away from academic pressure and the usual day-to-day routine. The camp gave me an opportunity to carve out intentional time and dedicate myself to letting God teach me—and praise God, He did.

The three-day camp included sessions on Doctrine, Campus Engagement, Manuscript Bible Study, Quiet Time, and of course, many fun and enriching activities.

The doctrine sessions became the central highlight of my experience throughout the camp. Through God’s Word, I received a deep revelation of who He is and the sovereign control He has over His creation. I was deeply moved by the care He shows for His people. I could not hold back my tears as I realised that I am God’s perfectly planned work. I was also struck by the perfect, loving relationship within the Godhead. I had never seen before how the instructions given to believers on how to treat one another are already perfectly lived out within the Trinity itself. This truth exposed areas in my own life where I fall short in relating to others and challenged me to grow. It felt like a gentle yet firm correction from the Lord, and a role model set before me.

The campus engagement talks gave us space to hear the struggles and challenges faced by fellow students—both within their fellowships and on their campuses. These sessions were highly interactive. For the first time, I truly heard and understood the heart of UESI—its vision, mission, and purpose. Seeing how God is at work among students filled me with gratitude and praise.

The manuscript Bible studies taught and practised during the camp were especially meaningful for me. They taught me not to rush through Scripture, but to wait patiently and receive God’s Word—something I deeply needed to learn.

Overall, the Leadership Training Camp was much-needed nourishment for my spiritual life. I am grateful for the opportunity to attend. I received correction, recognised my challenges, experienced affirmation, and was encouraged by others. It brought great comfort. I did not come with many expectations, but I am thankful that God chose to speak to me anyway. Praise God.
